Your Catalan Rumba band in Barcelona

MG Group has Catalan rumba formations formed by three rumba musicians and two dancers with a lot of experience in entertaining events with this cheerful, carefree and contagious musical genre. The rumba always invites attendees to participate in live music, making it a great corollary to a private or corporate event. The duration of the repertoire is about 45 minutes, spread over several performances, or if required, in a single performance.

In its origins, musicians belonging to the Roma people and settled in the Gracia neighborhood in Barcelona spread this genre first in Catalonia and the south of France, later throughout Spain. Soon, the rumba crossed borders thanks to universal gypsies such as Peret, who spread the Catalan rumba all over the world and took it to Eurovision, or Antonio El Pescaílla, husband of Lola Flores.
